Everyone experiences conflict daily, but it shouldn’t cause you stress. Are you an entrepreneur, leader or creative, working solo but needing support with decision making? In our sessions we’re going to dig into the root cause of the conflict, identify your personal conflict style and get to that usually uncomfortable truth of the matter so that you can learn skills that help you navigate away from conflict as consistently as possible. Sessions include, diagnosing the underlying cause of the conflict, understanding multiple perspectives, and planning for constructive engagement.

Tier 1 $150

30-MINUTE SESSIONS: For individuals that require, quick, straight to the point insight into a conflict, providing fresh perspective to consider in decision making. This service comes with ONE 10 minute phone call follow up/debrief.

Tier 2 $250

1-HOUR SESSION: For a more in depth analysis of the conflict. In this session, we work together to develop a personalized peace strategy you can apply to the situation. This service comes with 3 days text based support(sms, email, WhatsApp) and ONE 10 minute phone call follow up/debrief.

Tier 3 $1500

4 CONSECUTIVE 1 HOUR SESSIONS: Scheduled at your convenience within 60 days, for a more hands on supportive approach to the problem, or ongoing conflicts. You receive 5 days of daily check ins following each session. Each session goes in depth in working with you to develop applicable skills necessary for managing the conflict, providing more time for reflection.
